Texas Auto Center - VERY DISSATISFIED
I just recently had to send my truck in for a STARTER repair; the truck was returned to me & I was told no it was not the starter it was your GPS; so yesterday guess what? My starter went OUT (AGAIN???) and they had to come tow my truck back in again; the Service Dept lady tells me we have 13 vehicles in before yours and we won't even be able to look at it till Tuesday; I was pissed, because my trucks STARTER should have been fixed the first time; I have nothing to do with repairs to the GPS in the truck!
then I call the financing company to complain about this LONG LONG wait to get my truck back; mind you I just paid over $900 in rental fees since they kept my truck for 10 days just to do some minor GPS repair, and that is NOT what I had my truck sent in for the first time! These guys have no idea what they are doing and do not care about their customers; they don't care that I said I would do a voluntary possession of the truck; THEY DID NOT GIVE A ***!
Look at the attched statement they were expecting me to pay; they are RIPPING WOMEN off! that's what it feels like!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $10.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
